Hamburg Islamic Center

German security forces raided the Hamburg Islamic Center; the German Ministry of Interior officially announced that it had ordered the closure of the center and its sub-groups.

Hawzah News Agency- German media announced that the police forces raided the Hamburg Islamic Center and banned its activities and its sub-categories from this morning.

German Interior Minister Nancy Pfizer announced in a statement: The Hamburg Islamic Center promotes radical and totalitarian Islamist ideology in Germany, and its affiliates also support Hezbollah.

According to the ministry, the association that runs the Islamic center of the city of Hamburg, known as the "Blue Mosque", violates the constitutional order of the Federal Republic and spreads anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli incitement.

According to the German Ministry of the Interior, in the past, representatives of the mosque have praised the actions of organizations such as Hamas and supported banned organizations such as Hezbollah.

Interior Minister Nancy Pfizer said that this action was carried out due to "extremism and anti-Semitic incitement".

In November last year, the German police attacked the Hamburg Islamic Center and 54 other centers in 7 federal states under the pretext of investigating some false and undocumented claims. At that time, the German Ministry of the Interior announced by publishing a statement: The Hamburg Islamic Center and its affiliated institutions were investigated on the suspicion of acting against public order, and 54 centers in 7 federal states were inspected. In this statement, claims were made against the activities of the Hamburg Islamic Center.

The Islamic Center of Hamburg is one of the important and old Islamic centers of Germany, which was established in 1954 with the support of the Late Ayatollah Boroujerdi in the city of Hamburg. Publishing magazines in German and Persian and providing consulting services are part of the activities of this center.

Due to the powerful presence of the Zionist regime's lobbies and the terrorist group of the MEK in some German cities, accusations against this religious-cultural institution were created in the German media.
